[FeatureRequest] RADIUS with eap in addition to pap

Hello,

recently i found SoftetherVPN and i am psyched, easy setup and awesome features, so thank you for writing this wonderful software!

A while ago you added support for eap-mschapv2 vor l2tp:

You have a RADIUS feature for user authentication but it only uses pap.
I wonder, if Softether VPN can do eap, why restrict it to only be used for L2TP.

So here it is: feature request to support more protocols when useing RADIUS.
