What else should I do after installation

What else should I do after installation

I am new to SoftEther and recently setup a VPN server on windows 2008 at the following address 202.165.123.80.

The VPN server installation was running smoothly and everything seemed to be working.

But I can not connect to it from my cell phone nor my laptop.

I have talked to my VPS provider and they said they have opened the port 443 and there is now firewall to block IPSEC and L2TP.

So, what could be the reason for this baby not working?

Which protocol are you using to connect to SoftEther?

You can use OpenVPN instead of IPsec.
