no new ip?

why is it since may 20, when im connecting to any public vpn servers they connect me but dont give me new ip.

it just say, connected to the vnp server, requesting an ip address to the DHCP server in the vpn.

is there something wrong with the servers or they just do something new?

how can i have new ip again like before?

im using SoftEther VPN 4.0 (Ver4.06, build 9437)

You can' t get IP address from DHCP??

And server is public VPN? VPN Gate?
