In general I would recommend reading the manual a little more before posting. Also, your request is a little confusing, because "double VPN" could also be interpreted as a "two-hop" route, i.e. client <-> vpn1 <-> vpn2 <-> destination. I'm sure this is possible too, but I'm not certain how to implement it.
