i would like to have VPN in my linux server which have MVTS1 Switch installed and send calls from my cisco to it

i have now softether installed in my server and both server can ping each other,


the problem is when route some calls to the server latency and ping time going to around 2000 3000 ms

I have a same scenario, I want to run VPN for VoIP termination and origination,
Just I need to know what is the best configuration between two server in two countries, no different for me between two linux or two windows OS,
I should transfer about 15 to 20Mb VoIP traffic, with about 500 concurrent calls.

for example:
One side VPN Server and the other side VPN bridge ?
Cascade configuration ?
or what ?

Would you please kindly let me know what is the best way to config my servers ?

Could you explain why do you need any VPN connection for your VoIP service? What for? What's wrong with direct connections?

Because in some country VoIP and some public VPN protoccols are filter, and we can't use SIP, PPTP, L2TP and so on.

@saman_s1 OK, as well as you did not provide your network topology or any other explanation, I would suggest using a bridged connection due to its simplicity. But, again, it depends of many factors.
