IS there any way to create a pre-configured VPN client installer package? What I would like to be able to do is have a link I can email to a user that they can click on to download and install the VPN client. When finished, they will be ready to connect. It will have all neccessary settings, client cert, etc. all set. It would save the hassle of having to talk to a remote user over the phone and try to walk them through the process of configuring the client on their end.

Please check "Easy Installer Creator" in Start menu.

I'm guessing this only works to set up client on Windows?

This tool creates an installer that installs virtual NIC automatically and connects VPN with a specified connection setting.
