Cloud VPN Server

I have a server in the cloud, it is a SoftEther server installed in linux, to connect to that server I use a USR-G806-A module and I can see its configuration without problems connecting from the computer to the VPN server, but if I connect a module Through Ethernet to the USR I can no longer reach it, what configurations do I have to do in SoftEther, I suppose that the way is point to site, but I am still a novice at this.
