Do we have to pray for details of your setup?

That sounds like the server or its gateway router has not opened the port.

Your server most likely does not have public IP address.

On your firewall you need to do two things.

1. Forward port 443 to your Softether VPN Server.
2. Allow port 443 to your Softether or to the public interface (all firewalls work different, but most will use the private IP of the VPN server that you forwarded port 443 to). Sometimes this step is implied when you forward the port.

I made the assumption that 443 is enabled on your server which should be by default. You can verify from the application or run:

netstat -anp tcp | find ":443"
