Can no longer connect to VPN

I have been using Softether for quite some time now, however, I can no longer access my server remotely, only thing that I can see has changed is port 443 states "error" and had to replace a modem. Does anyone have an idea where I can start troubleshooting?

Forward port 443 on the modem.
