my clients connect to server.
when they request ip address from server, they get error code 13 and disconnect.
i reinstalled vpn server and reconfigured it but clients still get this error.
why this happens?
how i can fix it?
how i can have a clean installation for vpn server?

The error 13 means that there is no response of the other party for a certain period of time.
I guess that something between server and client like as a firewall is cutting your VPN connection.

The server you may be trying to connect to may be blocking it temporarily
trying a different server worked for me
switch off and on your proxy settings too and try restarting the softether service in the "services" application on windows
