OpenVPN for SoftEther VPN?

How can OpenVPN be set up on SoftEther VPN? I mean, I have an OpenVPN config file and just need to put this file into some folder, right? But where is it? Sorry about such a novice question, but please help inform me of how to establishOpenVPN connection on SoftEther VPN please?
