Are you using SoftEther VPN behind The Great Firewall. Try to change the IP of the server, encryption algorithm and regenrate your own SSL Certificate with your own CA and Common Name. You can generate it by yourself but please fill in all details to generate the certificate and do not just use the root certificate.

1. Choose Root Certificate as the certificate type. Fill in all the information on this form including entering any serial number, as long as possible. Enter any name you like for the Common Name. Then save as p12 file.

2. Choose Certificate Signed by Other Certificate as certificate type. Browse your p12 file which is just saved. Fill in all the information on this form including entering any serial number, as long as possible(do not repeat the same one). Enter the hostname for the Common Name. Then click OK.

Apply the second certificate on the server.
