Frequently Disconnecting from the vpn

Hi

I've installed softether vpn. There is an issue which I came across today. After connecting to the vpn, after some time it is getting disconnected automatically. Attached is the error screen shot. Please help me out to resolve the issue.

My vpn is on linux box. OS version is RHEL 4.5

Just now I've observed in the output "Request Timed Out" 8 times and again it started replying. At the point of request timed out vpn got disconnected and after getting the reply from vpn server vpn got connected.

Please help me to sort out this problem

99% this is a network problem and is not associated with SoftEther Server. Check your network.

Does the softether vpn rely on hostnames.

Because while installing the hostname as abc.example.com and now it xyz.example.com.
Due to certain reason I was force to change the hostname. If hostname is really causing this issue then I will revert it back. Please advise
