Windows Server 2008 R2 Error when Creating Bridge

Post by terryfied » Sat Feb 01, 2014 4:51 am

In the Server Manager, when I click Local Bridge Settings and try to create a bridge between my virtual hub and the LAN connection, I get the normal dialog warning me about a reboot might be necessary, etc., and I click OK and get an error, "Object not found." Any ideas what could be going on?

What is your network adapter vendor?
When you don't like the answer, change the question.

Copy pasted directly from the OS:
Marvell Yukon 88E8071 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Labeled as "Local Area Connection" and connected to the domain. Also, this domain controller is the only one on the network, is not a virtual server and serves the roles of the network's Active Directory, DHCP and DNS servers. I can also VPN into it without an issue through SoftEther server running on a different machine on the network from an external Internet connection.

I don't know what your problem is. Can you update network adapter's driver to the latest version?
