Any way to access other services running on the vpn-server?

Hi,
yes I read the manual and also part 3.6.11. ;)
I have installed softether on a small linux (lubuntu) machine, which also "host" a audio-streaming software (subsonic), e-book library (calibre) and maybe some more stuff in the future.
For these services, I use a additional ssh connection, but it would be much more comfortable if just the vpn is required. But I can't (wan't) install a second network interface. (only usb ports are free).
So my question is: Has somebody a working solution for this problem? Maybe with virtual network interfaces, awkward iptables-rules or something like that?
Thanks!
