VPN Not Connecting to the IP.

Hi, i have downloaded SoftEther VPN and i am trying to use and change my ip via VPN. my problem is when i connect to a server in the vpn list it says requesting an ip to the DHCP server in the VPN then it goes away and it says i am connected, but my ip does not change. i
