Does any one know where a client software for Mac OS could be downloaded? Or does such a client exist?

A SoftEther-OSX-Client exist, but without a graphical interface. So its easier to use the build-in IPsec Software or install "tunnelblick" as a OpenVPN-Client. But of course, you can download it on the offical download-page:
http://www.softether-download.com/en.as ... =softether
But i think, this isn't what you are looking for ;)
If you want to use the "public" vpn-servers, take a look on
http://www.vpngate.net/ and their OSX-Tutorial (
http://www.vpngate.net/en/howto_mac.aspx).
Unlike this page, I would recommend the OpenVPN-Solution, because more Servers have activated OpenVPN. For example, just in this moment, only 3 servers with IPsec Support are aviable.

Thanks, Qupfer,
You are right. I once tried the SoftEther-OSX-Client, however it is really hard to use as it lacks of GUI.
Tunnelblick is ok for use, but it needs to input the ovpn configuration frequently as I am in a big brother country.
I am looking a client such as the one in the windows world:
