vpnsmgr.exe question

Hi, All:
I had found a strange behavior. I use NB with two NICs as vpnserver. And this NB is also my BT machine, So there are alwasy many traffic through it. When BT is running.
vpnsmgr.exe become very strange. sometime it is OK to connect to vpnserver. but almost time, the vpnsmgr.exe become no response. maybe it is waiting vpnserver reply. but there is no any information. It looks like vpnsmgr.exe has hang on there.
Could I change timeout seconds for vpnsmgr.exe ? How can I do ?
