I have to say that I love the SE Client's ability tunnel and provide great performance.
With that said, am I correct that the SE Cluster function DOES NOT support L2TP and / or OpenVPN?
If the answer is yes, then what do you propose as a solution to supporting Android / iPhone / iPad devices when using a SE Cluster controller?
Any thoughts and input from everyone is welcome. Especially from the SE Development Team!

Re: ? Cluster Support Clarification
You should use round robin DNS to support thousands of L2TP/IPsec VPN connections.
By design of L2TP/IPsec, the clustering is not support on L2TP/IPsec.

Thank you dnobori for taking time to reply. Your reply of Round Robin DNS is a workable solution.
I guess I was thinking more of a active load balancing with failover. Do you think ipvsadm / keepalived / lvs will work with all VPN types of the SE Server version?
Has the SE Development Team tried / tested with ipvsadm / keepalived /lvs?
I look forward to your replay and anyone who has input on this topic!

No, we haven't tested them yet. We have no plan to test them at this time.

I'm testing Route 53 in Amazon EC2.

Has anyone tried configuring this with LVS. Any info on this would be much appreciated.

Hi @USADriver60
I have setup this with LVS and keepalived, it works fine. I was setting this up with LVS Direct Routing method and it worked fine. But, I am having some issues when I deploy in AWS.
Has anyone tries in AWS?
