Does this vps meet the minimum requirements for vpn server?

Post by galaxy123 » Thu Apr 10, 2014 2:12 pm

Hi, I want to run a softether vpn server on my vps.
I will be the only client and user of this vpn server.
I have 64MB RAM
and 20 GB harddisk.
Will it work for softether vpn? I'm mostly concerned about the RAM. I will be the only client though. If not, what is the minimum amount of RAM I should have?

I have a vserver (debian) and i stopped all except softether (and releated like dnsmasq) and have one client connected: It used 74 MB of RAM, so 64MB are not enough.
Maybe it will work because linux use swap-file instead of ram....
