How to filter default gateway and dns ip adress

I have installed latest version of softether.
I have virtual hub locally bridged, secureNAT is disabled
How vpn clients to get only ip address of local network not default gateway and dns ip address, because all web traffic on client will go through vpn server?

Dhcp server(router) on network where softether is installed.

You have to configure your DHCP-Server, that it will not send the Router/Gateway Field (DHCP Option 3, defined in RFC 1497).
If you can't do this ;-), manual IP-configuration would be the easiest way.
For example, if your home-network is 192.168.0.0/24 and your router/gateway has the IP: 192.168.0.1 a working configuration for one client should look like:
