UDP Errore Code 1

Good afternoon

I'm using SoftE for over a year now, i've installed it on more than 10 servers, and it is working like a charm.
However recently i ran it on a new server, but i can't connect over UDP. that has never happened before.
TCP, ICMP and DNS, w/ or w/o UDP acceleration work fine, but while trying to connect on UDP, Error code 1 shows up.
Disabled firewall, opened port manually, ...nothing.

Any Idea?
