now i setup Softether server and create a virtual Hub with two users , and i`m using OpenVPN android as a client , the android clients connected successfully and take an ip from the ip pools i configured from the secure NAT ,

Configuration is ip address from 192.168.30.2 to 192.168.30.254 , subnet mast 255.255.255.0

the android clients can ping on each others , but when i use broad cast address 192.168.30.255 , no device sense or detect this Packet !!!

Some device not reply ping to broadcast address.
If you ping to broadcast address in LAN without VPN, Can you do ping to broadcast address?

That is Android's OpenVPN client's problem.
Since OpenVPN client for Android supports only layer-3 based tunnel (like PPP), the broadcast packet cannot be transmitted and relayed to the physical network on the destination VPN Server.

I suppose that this is the matter by design. If you want to use the broadcast IP packets over the VPN tunnel, you should use layer-2 based VPN clients (e.g. SoftEther VPN Client).
