Use https://launchpad.net/~seriy-pr/+archiv ... nager-l2tp

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:seriy-pr/network-manager-l2tp
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install network-manager-l2tp-gnome

sudo service xl2tpd stop
sudo update-rc.d xl2tpd disable

This plugin uses openswan. Openswan is not work. I wrote this plugin developer, he said, "ipsec" does not work. Him post http://seriyps.ru/blog/2012/01/31/plagi ... ment-89044 All problems due openswan, sometimes it works, it seems depends on the kernel version.

"Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS" 3.13.0-24-generic x86_64, and 13.04 x86_64,13.10 x86_64 - not work. In Ubuntu12.04 LTS x86_64 - work. I use this plugin http://www.quora.com/How-can-I-setup-a- ... n-in-Linux
