How to Troubleshoot External authentication (AD)

I am looking for a way to troubleshoot external Authentication as my installation of softether VPN is not getting an option to create a new external user
I have figured some information after a lot of research. Points are below
1. There is no config needed for External authentication (AD)
2. If you have any issue with external Authentication (AD) first thing to do is disable Dynamic DNS in softether
a. To disable the Dynamic DNS Function, modify the configuration file of VPN Server.
The "declare root" directive has the "declare DDnsClient" directive. In this directive, you can switch "bool Disable" from false to true,
and reboot the VPN Server, then the Dynamic DNS Function will be disabled.
3. If Auth is working after disabling dynamic DNS function, then the restriction is implemented by softether to NOT to allow all features to Some country IPs
