Error code 2 keeps coming up. I really wish to use this VPN!

I have done everything that the install file and tutorial says as far as I know and I still get this message. I have rebooted my laptop and I still can't connect! Any ideas on solutions would be great. Thanks you very much. New user and I don't know how to do source code....Sorry!

What module of SoftEther did you install?
Please explain more detail about you did.
