Stop the SoftEther service or daemon and manually edit the vpn_server configuration file.

Ups, that was the first thing I was doing but could not find it. I just needed to refresh the Services utility. I now got it.
The world was missing something like Softether. A few days ago I was thinking to make a GUI for Openvpn and looking around for something like that I found Softether.
