Site to Site VPN

hi all
i have about 10 site in the world
i need to connect them as a routed network(not as a bridge)
how should i do it
please let me know a sample configuration

thank you for your link. but i dont want connect them as a bridge
i want to connect them as routed connection. like IPIP o EoIP tunnel in MikroTik

if you want to create an internal s2s vpn, i am also struggling. Communication (ping ssh) works fine. Speeds are incredibly slow on the internal s2s network:
