SoftEther VPN User Forum

I have read probably all documentation on ETHERSOFT, and I still cann not connect to a ES server using the servername.softether.net name. I can ping that server though. I can connect using servername.vpnazure.net but it is very slow. (ping 500ms) I have tried to connect from various client sites to various server sites, not working.
Where do I find a solution? i live in South Africa mayb e thats the problem?
I would appreciate any help
