SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hello !
We try to using this product as VPN server with RADIUS authentication. RADIUS is working on windows 2012 server and authenticate users from domain. When user names is be on english all work well, but when we using russian usernames, authentication was failed with error 9 on SoftEther VPN side, and with error 691 on VPN client side.
RADIUS logs is clean - requests to authentication from SoftEther VPN is not reach RADIUS server.
Can you help on this situation ?

SoftEther VPN supports only alphanumeric user name.

if you've found for me a speck of dust of your brilliant time, your answer may be more intelligible and concrete?
I think it's answer you wrote just for show
And i think that i am right, and support of multilingual authentication is not implemented in your product.
