RADIUS and AD, but in fact it does not work in a multilingua

Dear developers! I would like to get at least some sort of response. I perfectly understand that the project is free, but in my opinion it is impossible to ignore critical questions. You declare support for RADIUS and AD, but in fact it does not work in a multilingual environment. The benefits of such work in a corporate environment is highly questionable. You can comment on this though as that?
