Multiple l2tp connections from Win clients behind same NAT !

SoftEther unlike of Strongs supports multiple at least l2tp/psk connections from Win clients behind same NAT.
I couldn't check l2tp/cert because of SoftEther doesn' t support such mode, as I understand.
So, can SoftEther developers explain in general or conceptually what/where are differencies in handling of such multiple connections behind user mode SoftEther and kernel mode ike daemon Strongswan ?
Or at least, how does SoftEther handle such connections in its own ?
