Put this in the vpn_server.config file:
declare DDnsClient
{
bool Disabled true
}

I have the same issue,
entered above lines into vpnserver config file and able to disable the DDNS.
But my sub-domain name xxxx.softether.net still being resolved with my IP addr.
This couldn't delete the entry from softether zone database.
Is there any way to delete the entry? I have another domain name that resolves my IP address.
I don't want (softether.net) resolves my IP address.
Thanks in advance.

No, there is no easy way to delete an existing DDNS registration. Wait for it to timeout.

Now, we don't delete DDNS record for timeout.
If you want to avoid listing, setup VPN server in another IP address with its DDNS key.
