Connected to VPN server, but nothing changed IP is the same

Connected to VPN server, but nothing changed IP is the same

It says connected but nothing is changed

When i connect to a server it says this

and keeps loading then closes without showing me any IP that it connected to, help please

Does your network have a DHCP server?
