Capture events "on connect" and "on disconnect"

Post by eliasisl » Sun Nov 02, 2014 5:31 am

Hi there.
Does anybody knows how to capture and launch/execute something (exe, script, ...) on server side when a user successfully connects or disconnects to a Virtual Hub.

Thanks a lot in advance and Best Regards

Elias

Hi again.

No ideas? Nobody knows if it's possible to do it and how?

Thanks

You can configure SoftEther to use the syslog, and then monitor the syslog for events.

SoftEther itself does not have scripting hooks. This kind of enhancement would require developer time.

Perfect, thought so, i only wanted to know if the SoftEther server has another options.
Running against a rsyslog daemon(on top of a Linux box), with a logwatcher.

Thanks a lot
