Forefront TMG and softether problem

Hello,
I have strange situation to bypass Forefront TMG proxy. The net which need to go outside have to go through Forefront proxy. Browsers like Firefox or Google chrome cannot work, but IE works good. The identification require user-name and password. Software like Teamviewer wokrs fine with the proxy. But then I want to user softether client I`m getting problem with it. Using direct HTTP proxy or importing IE settings does not help.

Administrator do not provide any information, security policy. So I can not provide anymore details. But if someone had similar problem and know how to fix it please I be very satisfied with the help.
