Hyper-V is incompatible with this kind of configuration. Things like mac spoofing do not work like you might expect, especially if you are familiar with other virtualization platforms like VMware, Xen, KVM, etc.
Run SoftEther on the Hyper-V host if you need physical interface bridging of any kind.
