Windows VPN Adapter Problem

I setup a connection in my Network Connections choosing to create a VPN connection option

Its shows that is Disconnected and is a WAN Miniport (L2TP), as shown on the setup page at http://www.softether.org/4-docs/2-howto ... ient_Setup

Set the username and password as they are set on the server, added the Authentication Key, but when I click to connect the link, it trys and comes back with the following error

"Error 789: the L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during the initial negotiations with the remote computer."
