That is not a problem of SSTP, it's a server side NAT problem.

no ,This is the SSTP problem.Or the problem of SoftEther VPN .There is no problem on the server .
The server NAT type is Full Cone NAT,No problem with L2TP use

SSTP and L2TP are based on PPP. So these protocols are processed similarly on VPN server.
Did you configure using default gateway on VPN on SSTP client?
