How to Enable or Disable the VPN Relay Function on VPN Gate

As the topic, I am having some trouble with this. When I first install Softether about 1 month ago, I did not aware of there is this relay function exists. After that, I found out that there is this vpnclient_x64.exe I cannot close and it is seriously dragging the internet speed when I am not using the vpn. I update the client to 2015-2-19 and follow the step on http://www.vpngate.net/en/join_client.aspx , however when I click the "VPN Gate Service Settings", it tells me "unsupported".
So how can I get to the "VPN Gate Service Control Panel" and check if I open the relay function or is there another way to complete shut down the vpnclient_x64.exe at background when I am not using softether vpn?

Try to uninstall VPN client and delete the installation folder and re-install.
