I have tooo... more connection to my VPN server from IP "202.67.40/41.50/51
what this is ? sending spam or wirus ??

Does the "Transfer Bytes" field change for older sessions? Do they eventually disappear?

This can happen if the SoftEther is automatically reconnecting bad sessions. Some firewalls have a long forwarding timeout that can mask problems.

For a better answer, pastebin the SoftEther logs.
