Is this DNS leak expose my identity?

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium in an Acer laptop. I have manually entered 'Open DNS' addresses for both my Internet router and the laptop wireless adapter, instead of the 'automatic dns' function offered by my ISP. So my usual DNS server is Open DNS.
I have been using SoftEther VPN successfully for over an year. While connected to VPN Gate Public Relay Server, I did a 'DNS leak test' recently, using these web sites:
http://ipleak.net/
https://www.dnsleaktest.com/
I observed that,
1. My Internet IP address was successfully changed to a fictitious one.
2. The DNS server addresses used by VPN Gate were displayed.
3. The addresses of Open DNS that I have selected for my ISP were also displayed.
Would it be possible for some authority, to find my real identity, through official inquiries from Open DNS?
Thank you
