Please provide more details like how you are connecting (through Softether client? through OpenVPN client? through IPSec/L2TP?) and details of the server - eg the ports being used, SecureNAT, routes pushed, etc.

I am afraid I am unable to assist this issue if you don't answer my queries as I do not understand what is going on. Please elaborate on the details on your issue with Softether.
