How to Make the OpenVPN Clon server direct Traffic

How to Make the OpenVPN Clon server direct Traffic from the Users to the Site, this Function is in openVPN server and on my ASUS Router, but there are nothing on the softether.
My problem is that my users in censored areas have to use openVPN on their mobils since I dont see a softether app and PPTP and L2TP does not work there, they simply block the ports for these VPN types, but openVPN works well as long as the traffic is redirected.
I can have them use the softether VPN clients on their computers but I have this mobile issue now.
Any suggestions?
