i'm not a tech person, so i am not able to list everything out that the pinned advice requires.

1) OS: Windows 8.1 x64

2)iconfig(dont know where to find)

3) uname (dont know where)

4) Build 9562

5) Component: VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Server
if that's wrong, then VPN Client Manager

6), 7), 8) all unknown.

i'm using from malaysia. most of the time it doesnt connect using TCP protocol. and sometimes UDP protocol will disconnect me with "error 2" as well.

This board is not for VPN Gate.
