At first I setup VPN server on Centos which has Internal IP like 192.168.xxx.xxx

And I success to access on my Smartphone after connect same Network area(Wifi).

Also success to access on client pc.

Then, I changed vpn server's IP to public IP.

On PC, connection was done and I checked sessionslist in admin mode.

On smartphone, connection was failed.

I just changed IP address (no change about other configuration) but couldn't connect...

I tried to disable iptables service but failed again (after disabling selinux -> also failed)

What is wrong with me?

p.s I used built in vpn connector in Android and iOS

Are you able to connect to the VPN server from public internet? If yes, you will need to enable NAT loopback.

Yes I can connect to other port of public IP like 80 and ping is done well

How can I enable NAT loopback?

The problem was blocking packet to UDP 500 controlled by my company's DMZ
