SoftEther Packets To FreeRadius?
So I got this problem that SoftEther does not send any packets to the radius server after it has accepted the login, this makes me unavailable to see any users online on the radius server :c
Any solutions ? :)

Re: SoftEther Packets To FreeRadius?
I think I should explain my problem more in depth..
I'm currently using softether and I'm looking for some authentication solutions, I've tried FreeRadius but SoftEther does not send any packets after its authenticated so FreeRadius doesn't see that the user is online (So Im unable to control the amount of sessions). I'm using OpenVPN as a client and then I cant control the sessions in SoftEther either (BUG), they can always have unlimited sessions. Freeradius is working fine with OpenVPN server but I want it free and I have to pay if I want to be able to use more than 2 session.
Any solutions? Thanks in advance.

I have no idea but you should be able to view it in the SoftEther VPN Server Manager.

Bumping this since I realized that I cant limit the bandwidth, (only speed) in softether.

Please try "Upload/Download Bandwidth policy" in security policy.

Hello Foxez, do you have a nice and basic tutorial I can follow to setting up freeradius and softether?

Re: SoftEther Packets To FreeRadius?
I am having problems setting up Freeradius2 with softether
Freeradius2 is an add-on to pfsense firewall that can be install as an extra package, and has a lot more options than freeradius. Like light weight DC/LDAP
I recommend giving it a shot.
And I know how to set it up on a VPN
You can use pfsense as a L2TP, PPTP, OpenVPN, IPsec Ikev2 server and many other functions
But if you could set it up with softether, tell me what I’m doing wrong
