SoftEther VPN with Lync client

I want to configure softEther VPN with Lync client-Server, Both setups are completely deployed in my lab, SoftEther client establish connection with softEther VPN. Lync client and server are also configured and we are using all the features of Microsoft Lync.
But the problem is the traffic of lync does not pass through softEther VPN tunnel. I want to pass all the lync traffic from softEther established connection. what solution you suggest me regarding routing tables and ip configuration.

Did you connect to Lync server with global IP address?
