Slow connection using SoftEther

Hello,
I'm trying to install SoftEther to one computer in our office, so we can connect to our ERP running in local server from field. I cant make connection fast enough, it takes few minutes to open ERP after connection, and if I'll try to tracert for
http://www.google.com same time when trying to open ERP, ping times are about 500-2000ms per connection (see attached screenshot). I've opened all required ports from routers firewall, and disabled firewall from computer. I've tried to add 16 TCP connections from VPN client, and tried half-duplex mode, but no effect. I'm able to connect to SMB share from our server.
What should I do to make connection faster? There will be only ~5 users, and 1 or 2 at same time.

Hi there,
As you're likely aware, this project as ran by the community. Due to this, speeds may differ and are out of our control. You're likely picking a proxy with either a slow connection, or a high ping. It's always recommended you select a server with a low latency (ping), and a fast internet connection speed.
If the proxy has gigabit (1024Mbps) connection, but a 5,000MS ping (5 second) it is considered extremely slow, and not fit for usage*. Similarly, if a proxy has a 0.01Mbps connection and a 1MS ping (0.001 seconds) it is considered extremely slow, and not fit for usage*.
*Technically speaking, this proxy is able to support internet usage- however, it will take a long time to load anything.

You should select a proxy with low ping (the lower, the better) and a decent connection. If your office only has a 20Mbps connection, it's pointless to use a 1024Mbps proxy; instead, use something that's 25Mbps with low ping. (5Mbps for other internet users).

If you're still having issues and wish for a higher privacy (this project was made for censorship, not privacy), consider buying a VPS and configuring OpenVPN on port 433. I would personally recommend DigitalOcean.

I have not set proxy at all, I have only VPN server running at office, and client installed in my own computer. I noticed that this probably is caused by Windows's shared folder, those are loading slowly, I have stable connection if I make RDP connection to another server running at office, and I'm able to use our ERP via RDP
Any ideas how to make connection to folder shares (SMB if I understood right, shares are in 2012R2 server?) faster?

Firstly, what is the latency without connecting the VPN?
Secondly, what is the CPU usage when the VPN is connected?
Thirdly, are you using SecureNAT?

Do you mean the connection is slow when files are being transferred?
Can you show the CPU and network usage of the client and the server when transferring files?

Our ERP is located in SMB share, so when I'll try to open it while using VPN, all connections from client goes slow, and ERP is almost unusable. When I quit ERP , connection is stable again, and I can use internet or RDP connection again. I think ERP accesses too many files from SMB share same time, and makes connection unstable. But there ain't such problem when using it from LAN.

Is it some problem about the bandwidth?
Can you measure the throughput?

How can I measure it? We have 24/1 line in our office, but as RDP connection is possible, I think it should be enough.
I'll try with faster connection tomorrow, when I have another physical computer to test with.

Is your problem that slowing ping to google?
If so, please try to increase a metric value of the virtual NIC in client.
