Hi there,
I am currently operating a VPS in New York, USA and I am interesting in hosting a mirror directory for VPNGate.net.

1) 10GB of disk-space
2) CentOS release 6.6 (Final)
3) 11TB of bandwidth*
4) Any port, excluding 21, 22, 80, 433
- Recommended port: 1971, as it's Netop School's port and isn't likely to be blocked by schools. However, willing for any port not excluded.
5) Willing to be listed as a public-directory

*I am given $200 dollars per month on school package (don't ask), my host allows me to use 2TB of bandwidth included in my package, then a charge of 2 cents per gigabyte ($20.48/TB). Upon doing the math, I am able to use 11TB and equal $194.32 (10 dollar charge for the package/VPS itself).

I am thinking about possibly, similarly to Tor, having a rsync command: Visit Tor's mirror page for more information:

Why don't you use reverse proxy?
